Welcome to Wildcats Athletics!  We are excited that you have chosen to dedicate your time and effort to our athletic community.  Listed below are the steps you need to follow to be eligible. Contact information for all coaches is included on the back.

To participate in athletics you will need:

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION – Create and complete an athlete account at AthleticClearance.com
   1. Choose 2025-2026 school year
   2. Type WILL C. WOOD as your school
   3. Complete all tabs on athleticclearance.com (choose all the sports you’re interested in trying out for the entire year!).
2. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT – 2.0 grade point average for the previous quarter or semester grade.
3. PHYSICAL – Attach all pages of your physical on this website (do not take a copy to Wood). Physicals are good for one calendar year.

4. IMPACT TESTING – Complete baseline concussion testing. Directions for impact testing can be found here.
5. INSURANCE – State Ed Code states that everyone must have medical insurance in order to participate in athletics.
